Why am I getting two bills?


     Quantum CT charges for the "technical fee" and a separate bill will come from St. Thomas Radiology Associates for the interpretation ("professional fee") of your exam.  However, you will receive these separate bills from the same billing agency, Management Services Network, LLC (MSN).

​I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill -- but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?

​       If we have received any such information from your insurance company, we'll be glad to share it with you. However, for answers to any questions about insurance payments, deductibles, or co-payments, you generally need to check with your insurance company.

Technical services are provided by Quantum CT and professional (reporting) is provided by St. Thomas Radiology.  Our providers participate with most major health insurance plans in our network under VI Equicare.  The following is a list of health plans which we currently accept.  If your health plan does not participate with our network (VI Equicare), we will be able to provide you with a claim form that you can submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. 


Please be aware that with most, if not all, health plans there may be precertification requirements, deductibles and/or copayments which you will be responsible for.  You may contact us for any further questions regarding payment policies and reimbursements.
